Arts on the Edge Wolfeboro is the recipient of a grant from the New Hampshire Humanities Council, for the second year in a row, for our poetry event, “Singing Words: Celebrating Poetry, Music, and the Creative Spirit.” We sincerely appreciate their support and because of it, this will be a FREE event!! Mediaeval Baebes Tickets on Sale Now!

Arts on the Edge Wolfeboro is proud to present, live in concert, The Mediaeval Baebes on Friday, September 9, 2011 at St. Katharine Drexel Church, Alton, NH at 7:00 pm. Doors open at 6:00 pm and it is general admission seating. Tickets are $22 in advance and $25 at the door. You will be charged a $1.00/ticket handling fee and your tickets will be emailed to you. St. Patrick’s Day Fundraiser

Arts on the Edge Wolfeboro will be having its Second Annual St. Patrick’s Day fundraiser on March 17th at 6pm at The Wolfeboro Inn!  Featuring live Irish music with “The Milliners” (from 6-8pm), and and a live and silent auction afterwards, guests will also be treated to a traditional Irish dinner buffet and cash bar. Auction items include a week’s stay at a private home in Santa Fe, New Mexico and a roundtrip ticket on Southwest Airlines, a Peter Ferber original signed print, adult lift tickets to Cranmore Mountain, gift certificates to local businesses and restaurants, tickets to entertainment venues, and one-of-a-kind works of art by local artisans.

Tickets are $30 each or $55 per couple and are available on this site through PayPal and at The Folk Cellar and Country Bookseller in Wolfeboro. Tickets will also be available at the door.

Searching for grants

Arts on the Edge Wolfeboro is seeking one or more grants to fund the third year of its innovative arts program. It is estimated that the various components, consisting of dance, sculpture, and poetry, among others, will require close to $15,000 to implement.
